Roger has extensive practical experience in business management and employment relations with extensive knowledge of employment law and health and safety. Roger has an MA in European Union Law and an LLM in Employment Law, both achieved at the University of Leicester where he is also an associate tutor for the LLM employment law course. He is also NEBOSH qualified in health & safety and fire safety, and holds a national certificate in workplace mediation. His experience spans over 30 years in UK and international business, during which he was responsible for the establishment, development, restructuring, transfer and management of companies and divisions throughout Europe.
